What it is

"A third-party verification, not a marketing claim. I test your property's actual internet — download and upload speeds, wifi coverage room by room, cellular signal, backup power. If it passes, you get the badge: 'Verified Connected by Rapid Deploy,' with the verification date on it."

How it works (3 steps)

  1. Test — I come out with my gear and run the full sweep: speeds, coverage, failover.
  2. Report — Written report, pass or fail. Either way you know exactly where you stand — and if it fails, I'll tell you what would fix it.
  3. Badge — Pass means the badge for your listing, date-stamped.

Honest boundaries

"This is a point-in-time verification, not a guarantee of perfection. Internet changes — carriers upgrade, trees grow, guests overload the router. The badge says the property was verified on the date shown, and it's re-checked yearly. It doesn't promise every guest 4K streaming at 9 PM."

Why it matters

"Rural STR guests are burned by 'high-speed internet' claims that mean 3 Mbps on a good day. A verified badge turns your connectivity from a gamble into a reason to book."

CTA band

"Run the test. If your place passes, the badge pays for itself in bookings." - CTA: "Book My Free Audit" → free audit Calendly link

Continuity

"Badge holders can add Cabin Watch for guest-season monitoring — freeze, power, water — while the place sits empty."

Open questions for Jonathan

  1. Pass/fail thresholds — what standard does the badge actually certify (minimum speeds)?
  2. Badge design — logo lockup, date-stamp format?
  3. Should the re-check be priced separately or bundled?
